Refund & Cancellation

Cancel any time

Kept Pro (₹99 per month or ₹499 per year) renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing raaina.nagpal2028@mastersunion.org from the email address on your Kept account, with the subject "Cancel Kept Pro". We'll confirm the cancellation within 2 business days.

When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the month or year you've already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: you keep all your saves, but you'll need to stay within 30 saves (or upgrade again) to add new ones.

Refunds

Because Pro is a digital subscription that starts immediately, payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months or years.

The exceptions: if you were charged twice, charged after you'd cancelled, or charged because of a mistake on our side, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund that charge in full. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, and usually arrive in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
